These are my terms of service to commission me

General info

Commissions are for personal use only. Commissions can be used as profile pictures, banners and similar applications. You cannot sell/ profit from or exchange my art in any form, physical, digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances, unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise. If the commission regards an OC, I can ensure that the commission will not be monetised.

I have every right to decline a commission if i feel i cannot bring your vision to life, or if the request contains material I will not do.

Please give me at most three (3) months to complete the commission. Feel free to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in a while. I provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colours, and final check phases.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit to @obisck.

Process

Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in longer commission times, additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfil your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of each step (sketch, line, colour) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch, work will contuine; refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalised artwork is accepted, I will email you full-res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

I estimate that a commission will take from 2 weeks to a month on average, with the maxmine time before refund being 3 months, in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Payment for commissions is done via Ko-Fi, through the tip button. 50% of the commission quote will be paid upfront upon the start of the commission, then the remaining 50% after the commission completion. (I personally use AUD, so when quoting please specify what currency you use)

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your commission after paying, I can give a full refund if the sketch has not been started. Refund after the initial sketch will be 75% refunded. After approving the sketch, there will be no refunds.

In the rare event that I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed.

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 25% of the total payment.

Please also be aware that just because you commission me does not mean we are automatically mutuals, friends or that you know me personally.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
